How can I avoid or reduce noise?

For best sound quality, set the car audio volume below 50% before connecting your phone. Then, connect to the FM frequency & Bluetooth. Adjust the phone & NX16 volume first. If it's still too low, adjust the car audio system to reach the ideal level.
How do I switch frequencies?

1) Switch Frequency Adjustment: Long press the rotate button until the frequency starts flashing

2) Increase Frequency: Rotate the button clockwise.

3) Decrease Frequency: Rotate the button counterclockwise.
The device isn't working/power isn't responding/display isn't showing/car audio isn't receiving sound/unable to play?

1) Ensure that the FM transmitter is on.

2) Verify the transmission frequency of the FM transmitter matches the frequency of the car's radio.

3) Unplug the NX16 & connect it again.

4) Confirm the files on the USB device are supported by the NX16.

1)Ensure no strong signal stations are broadcasting during using NX16.

2)Check & adjust the volume settings on the car radio, FM transmitter, & the connected external device as needed.

3)Verify the frequency of the NX16 matches the car's radio.
